What a wonderful experience we’ve had. Fenella was superb from start to finish & after showing us several styles and asking questions, she found an absolutely perfect ring. She then arranged for a custom made ring in the same style to be made which we’ve now collected. Couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough how useful it is to see the rings in person before purchase. We visited this fabulous boutique to buy a ring for my Partner. From the moment of our arrival we were made to feel very welcome and special, with all the management and staff seemingly aware of our visit, offering impromptu advice, friendly vibes and encouragement. We ended up buying one which was not in line with our original intent thanks to excellent and well considered suggestions by the Baker Brothers team. All in all a brilliant experience and She is absolutely thrilled!
